Heavy Duty Sigma Mixer Mode of Operation RAGO Sigma Mixers are having specially designed Duplex type kneading blades in one piece, for accurate and proper shape and arranged horizontally ina trough. The lower portion of which consists of two Semi Cylinders revolving towards one another in opposite directions, provides highly intensive mixing, kneading & homogenising action even with materials of toughest consistency. The RAGO Sigma Mixer- is capable of tilting from horizontal to vertical position through an angle of 110o for easy discharge of material. For heating and cooling a jacket will be provided extra. Applications RAGO Sigma Mixers- Machines are effectively used for fiber glass dough, Linoleum, Ceramic Compounds, Tabloid Compounds, Plastic of all kinds, Rubber solution, Soap synthetic Fibers, Artificial Leathers, Brake linings, Colors, Adhesives, Tooth Pase, Varnishes, wet compounds for Electrodes, Ethyl-Acetyl. Alkali cellulose, Oil core sand. Ointments Grinding wheels etc. & other special purpose mixings. Motorised tilting arrangement with reversing & forwarded Switches & control are provided.
